TCP Dept eases rule on industrial building access width

Digital Goa, September 04 – Town & Country Planning Department has amended its building regulations, removing the clause that required applying the “most restrictive criteria” of storeys and floor area for fixing access width to industrial buildings. Now, project proponents must only leave the road widening area as per the Regional or Outline Development Plan, with small industry buildings allowed on roads of at least 10 metres width.
