Digital Goa, Aug 7 – State TCP Dept has notified conversion of 98,683 sq mtr land into settlement zone using provisions under 39 A of TCP Act in the villages of Usgao, Bandora, Candola, Corgao (92,525 sq mtr) and Paliem. TCP Dept has made corresponding alteration and modification in the Regional Plan and the ODP. The changes shall be subject to the outcome of the PIL Writ Petition pending final disposal before the High Court, states the notification.
