Digital Goa, Nov 13 – Colva police have filed an FIR, acting on a complaint by Dy Town Planner, the TCP Department who has reported illegal land development at Varca. Unknown persons allegedly trespassed onto private land, cleared vegetation and sand dunes, levelled the land, built a kutcha road and compound walls without valid permissions, states the complaint. The site partly falls under the CRZ area.
