Digital Goa, Aug 10 – State Town & Country Planning Dept has notified the amendments to the Goa Land Development and Building Construction (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. Civil society members as well activists had raised several objections to the draft notification of the amendments. The notification issued today states that suggestions objections received from the public on the draft Regulations have been considered by the TCP department while preparing the final notification.
