Digital Goa, Nov 15 – A teenager from Maharashtra has been arrested by Mapusa Police under POCSO for allegedly outraging the modesty of a minor girl. The accused 19-year-old Vijay Jadhav a resident of Guirim, Bardez and native of Sangli , Maharashtra was arrested today following complaint by the mother of the victim girl. The 14-year-old girl whose family hails from Uttar Pradesh was harassed by the accused by watching her when she was in the bathroom and also trying to establish contact with her against her wish.
