Jan 27- Ten persons, including three Russian nationals, were rescued from drowning off Goa’s coastline by lifesavers over the busy Republic Day weekend, which usually witnesses a spurt in inbound domestic tourists. Over the weekend, lifesavers also executed one triple rescue and one double rescue.
