Digital Goa, Apr 7 – Goa Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (GTDC) has floated a tender worth Rs 18.91 crore for the development, operations, maintenance, and management of a ‘Beach Experience’ at Colva under the Swadesh Darshan 2.0 Scheme. As the State Implementing Agency, GTDC will oversee the project, which aims to boost tourism and contribute to the local economy by offering an enhanced visitor experience, states the tender document. Key features proposed under the project include a beach deck, shopping complex, food and shopping plaza, hawker zone, and a dedicated security block.
