Digital Goa, Jan 1 – Congress and Goa Forward Party (GFP) today alleged that the tender for event management of Purple fest to be held in Panaji from Jan 6 to Jan 8 is rigged. The date for opening of the bids for the tender floated for selection of Event Management agency is tomorrow, Jan 2. However, the décor work has already been started by an event management company giving clear indication that the agency for allocation of the tender has been pre-decided by the Social Welfare Dept, alleged the opposition.
