Digital Goa, July 16 – On the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee and the Goa Public Service Commission, Theresa Fernandes, Joint Director of Accounts, has been promoted to the post of Director of Accounts (Group “A” Gazetted), Goa General Service.
