Digital Goa, October 25 – Bicholim Police have arrested 3 persons identified as driver Suraj Patri from Beed, Belagavi in connection with hit-and-run case reported on October 18 near the MRF Tyre shop at Sarvan, Bicholim. The speeding SUV driven by Suraj had hit a two-wheeler, grievously injuring rider Sanmesh Salunke (21) and pillion Satish Jagdar (29), both from Vathadev. Using CCTV and Smart City cameras, police traced the vehicle to Panaji and later to Beed, Belgavi, Karnataka. Two other occupants of the car, Prakash Sambhoji and Allamaprabhu Gundappnavar, both from Belagavi, have also been arrested.
