Feb 17- Three urban local bodies in Goa – Corporation of City of Panaji(CCP), Margao Municipal Council(MMC) and Cuncolim Municipal Council(CMC) will be part of the pilot programme, National Geo spatial knowledge based land survey of urban habitation (NAKSHA). The NAKSHA is a project under digital India Land Records Modernisation programme (DILRMP). The initiative aims to modernise urban land records to advance Geo Spatial technologies and will be implemented on pilot basis in more than 150 urban local bodies across India. The project will be launched nationwide as well as in Goa tomorrow.
