Digital Goa, July 31 – A road accident was reported at around 6 AM near Velsao lake when a tourist driving a rent-a-car crashed into a roadside cross and landed in a culvert, also causing damage to the sacred structure (cross) in the locality. The tourist, who was reportedly alone in the vehicle, escaped with minor injuries.
