Feb 17 – Major traffic congestion was reported on the first weekday after the closure of the Old Mandovi Bridge. One of the 3 Mandovi Bridges has been closed since Saturday, Feb 15 and will continue to remain closed for 15 days due to repair works. The closure has led to long queues and traffic blocks at the bridge junctions on Porvorim as well as Panaji side.
