Digital Goa, September 16 – Public Works Department (PWD), Goa has announced the closure of the right-hand side of NH-66 between P08 (Aradi junction, Socorro) and P16 (Sangolda bypass) for all vehicular traffic, starting midnight of September 17, 2025, till November 15, 2025. The notification, issued in this regard, states that the move is necessary to ensure the safe and speedy completion of the six-lane elevated corridor project, including approach roads. Traffic from Panaji to Mapusa will be diverted via O’Coqueiro junction through Chogm Road, with the connecting road to Sangolda junction at Chogm Road also being closed.
