Digital Goa, Nov 19- District Magistrate of North Goa has issued an order announcing traffic diversions and designated parking arrangements for the upcoming Novenas and Feast of St. Francis Xavier, scheduled to take place in Old Goa from November 24 to December 3, 2025.
