July 10- Traffic on the Konkan Railway route has been restored at 8:35 pm. The traffic was disrupted since yesterday evening due to inundation of tunnel at Pernem with slurry and water. As water was oozing out continuously, the rail traffic which was started at 10.30 pm yesterday was stopped around 2.30 am today. Traffic on this important rail route connecting major cities to Goa was completely disrupted as several trains were cancelled, diverted or short terminated.
