Digital Goa, April 11- Porvorim police have arrested Vijay Kumar Manwani (45), and Sudesh Kumar Otwani (25), both natives of Madhya Pradesh and Musa Shaikh (29) from West Bengal; for allegedly operating an online IPL cricket betting racket at Succoro, Porvorim. Police seized seven mobile phones, a laptop, and other accessories along with Rs 2.1 lakh in cash.
