Nov 27 – Two arrested for injuring New Vaddem resident Upendra Pangam with Koita with the intention of robbery. Vasco residents Aniket Sawant, Sharanappa Palkar and one more accused committed robbery of Rs 1,600 and in the attempt to commit theft of his mobile phone inflicted grievous injury on the neck and forehead of the victim with koita. Weapon used in committing crime was attached at the behest of the accused.
