Digital Goa, March 11 – Mandrem Police have arrested two men for allegedly posing as ‘godmen’ and cheating a woman out of gold ornaments worth ₹8.5 lakh under the pretext of performing rituals. The accused were traced and nabbed from Banda, Maharashtra. According to the police, the duo has confessed to the crime, and the stolen gold has also been recovered.
