Digital Goa, August 6 – Mandrem Police have booked two foreign nationals in 2 separate cases for allegedly staying illegally in India without valid travel documents. A 38-year-old Thailand national, Itsaraporn Phannakhen, was found at a resort in Ashwem without a valid visa, while a 41-year-old Russian national, Denis Fominov, was allegedly found staying in Mandrem without a valid passport and visa. Both cases were registered on the complaint of FRRO Police Inspector under Section 23(a) of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025
