Digital Goa, Nov 28 – Maharashtra fisheries dept have detained two Goan trawlers for allegedly operating in their territorial waters. It is also alleged that the vessels were using banned LED fishing equipment and gears. The action comes shortly after the Goa fisheries department seized over 15 vessels from Maharashtra and Karnataka over the past weeks for illegally operating in Goan waters.
