Feb 15- Two Goans, among 116 Indians deported from the U.S. for illegal immigration, arrived at Dabolim Airport this afternoon after completing procedures in Amritsar. Reacting to the development Goa NRI Commissioner Narendra Sawaikar said, “Each country has its own rules, and I urge everyone to follow correct procedures when traveling abroad.” He also warned job seekers to verify all details before approaching agents. The deportation was part of a broader crackdown on illegal immigration under the new US President Trump’s administration.
