Nov 14- Two persons have been arrested by Margao police for allegedly cheating a person to the tune of Rs 16 lakh on pretext of offering job in the Indian Navy. Sonia Achari a native of Karwar and Vaishaya Gaude from Sao Jose De areal have been arrested in the matter.
