Digital Goa, Jan 22 – Two persons identified as Rohan Mahadev Padwal of Varpewada, Pernem, and Jagannath Sanjay Bagkar of Colvale, Bardez, have been arrested by Pernem police in connection with a house burglary reported from Tuem. On June 18, 2025, unknown persons broke into a house at Tuem by damaging the bathroom window and door and stole an HP Victus laptop worth ₹79,000, a pair of gold ear studs worth ₹16,400, and cash of ₹35,000 from a bedroom cupboard.
