Jan 5- Two shop owner at Candolim, Manaram Dewasi (27) from Mapusa and Shaharuk Khan (24) from Uttar Pradesh, were arrested by Calangute police for selling and being in possession of 263 boxes of banned cigarettes worth Rs 1,31,500. An offence has been registered under the COTPA Act.
