July 27- Two Uttar Pradesh natives presently residing at Fatorda have been arrested by Maina-Curtorim police for thefts at Panaji and Margao. The accused are identified as Surinder Singh and Anand Singh from Agra. Stolen goods including a two-wheeler has been recovered from the duo.
