July 29 – Two women and a taxi driver have been booked by Colva police for extorting money from a Karnataka man on the pretext of providing escort service. The accused have been booked based on complaint by Sufiyan Byadgi from Karnataka that the group extorted Rs 4,000 from him by threatening him.
