Digital Goa, April 11- Large-scale illegal constructions are underway in the St Andre constituency while the Town and Country Planning (TCP) department continues to turn a blind eye, alleged Revolutionary Goans Party MLA Viresh Borkar. Borkar, along with party functionaries, met Chief Town Planner Rajesh Naik at the TCP office in Panaji and demanded urgent action on pending complaints and controversial projects. During the meeting, Borkar raised concerns over several ongoing projects in the constituency where legal procedures are allegedly being bypassed. Responding to the concerns, Chief Town Planner Naik assured Borkar a joint site inspection of all such projects by April 16.
