Dec 1- Verna Police Station conducted a narcotic raid at an open ground in Old Mardol, Verna. During the operation, they apprehended a 26-year-old man, identified as Rohan Prasad Bind, a resident of Old Mardol but originally from Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Bind was found in possession of approximately 4.255 kilograms of suspected Ganja, valued at Rs. 4,25,000. He has been remanded to police custody for five days by the JMFC Margao.
