Up native man arrested for attacking 2 Nepal nationals with koita at Baga

Digital Goa, Nov 23 – Two Nepal nationals were seriously injured after being attacked with a metal koita at Baga, Arpora, early Sunday morning. The accused, identified as Bobi Mahendra Singh, 31, a kitchen helper residing at Baga and originally from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, allegedly assaulted Haribala Sethe Sunar, 37, and Ganesh Kasera, 23, over previous enmity. Anjuna Police said the accused attacked the two with a metal koita, causing severe injuries. Haribala suffered a deep cut on the left side of his face, while Ganesh sustained multiple serious injuries on his left forearm, palm and back. The accused fled the scene with the weapon soon after the assault
