Digital Goa, Dec 5 – The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued a notification recognising Vasco-based M/s Minerals Lab Services Pvt Ltd as an authorised inspection agency for minerals and ores, specifically Iron Ore and Bauxite, for export purposes. The recognition, granted under the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963, will remain valid for three years from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. As per the order, the agency will carry out inspection and testing of minerals at its laboratory prior to export through Mormugao Port and Panjim Port.
