Digital Goa, Oct 24 – Goa govt has cut VAT on aviation turbine fuel from 15% to 7%. Goa government has notified a 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) rate on aviation turbine fuel covered under entry (2) of Schedule ‘C’ of the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005, effective October 24, 2026.
The Finance Department’s notification, dated October 23, replaces the existing entry with the revised provision. The rate applies to aviation turbine fuel other than that covered under entry (1) of the schedule.
