Digital Goa, Nov 7 – Verna Police arrested a person from Verna for allegedly attacking his neighbour Aluzio Fernandes with a pair of scissors while drunk. The accused has been identified as Fredrick Rodrigues. Rodrigues argued with the complainant and stabbed him multiple times, causing serious injuries, informed police.
