Digital Goa, Jan 13 – Goa Industrial Development Corporation(GIDC) has announced e-auction of 16 plots together admeasuring 2.39 lakh sq mtr (2,39,963) on lease basis for establishment of industrial enterprises in Verna Industrial Estate. The e-auction will be carried out on the NIC eAuction Portal, https://eauction.gov.in from March 13 to 15,2024. The plot sizes vary from 1,000 sq mtr to 42,300 sq mtr. Bids are to be placed on land premium only while the annual lease rent is set at a subsidized rate, states the bid notice. With IT/ITES, Logistics, and Warehousing being recognized as industries and new Goa-IDC regulations 2023 offering enhanced ease of doing business, govt is hopeful of attracting significant interest for e-auction of the plots in the most vibrant Industrial Estate in the state.
