Digital Goa, Aug 4- Goa will soon have a dedicated call center for veterinary services and also 24×7 veterinary ambulance services. The ambulance services will be started in the first phase at 3 locations – Bicholim, Panaji, and Chicalim. Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services has floated a tender for providing services of 3 Mobile Veterinary Ambulatory Clinic, 3Mobile Veterinary Bike (MVAC/MVB) & Call Centre in Goa State for a period of 5 years. Incidentally, 21 two-wheelers were distributed to Veterinary establishments today to help veterinary assistants and doctors to extend their reach, offering crucial treatment and assistance to animals and farmers in need.
