The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has opened booth bookings for WaveX Booths — the exclusive startup showcase zone at WAVES Bazaar, part of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025 in Goa.
Scheduled from November 20 to 24, 2025, the WAVES Bazaar aims to spotlight innovative startups from the AVGC-XR and media-tech sectors, providing them with global visibility and networking opportunities with filmmakers, producers, investors, and media professionals attending IFFI.
Startups can book a shared booth at a nominal cost of ₹30,000, which includes two delegate passes, lunch and high tea, and evening networking sessions. The stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registrations are open at wavex.wavesbazaar.com.
WaveX, an initiative of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, serves as a national accelerator promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in India’s animation, visual effects, gaming, comics, and extended reality (AVGC-XR) sectors.
The 56th edition of IFFI will be held in Panaji, Goa, from November 20 to 28, 2025, bringing together global film and media industry professionals for screenings, collaborations, and creative exchanges.
