Digital Goa, May 30 – Foundation stone for ‘Prashasan Stambh’, the proposed ‘tallest’ building in Goa is likely to be laid within next 2 months at Patto-Panaji, informed CM Pramod Sawant. “Consultant has already been appointed for the project,” he added. CM was speaking during the launch of the renovated Ministerial block at the secretariat in Panaji which has been renamed as Mantralaya today. The proposed 75m tall, 15-storeyed building which will house various administrative offices is expected to cost over Rs 300 crore. Bengaluru-based Locus Architect’s design has been appointed as consultant for the project. The complex will be spread over 9,000sqm site of the demolished old state museum at Patto. A 360-degree commercial tower offering tourists a scenic view of the city is also proposed on top of the building.
