Digital Goa, Nov 29 – Conceding that tempering of the dam valve has led to drying of the Bondvol lake at St Cruz, Minister Subhash Shirodkar said that his Water Resource Department will file a police complaint in this regards against unidentified miscreants. “Executive Engineer of WRD visited the site. The valve has been tempered. We are going to file a police complaint,” he informed.
