Digital Goa, Aug 31- The State Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has notified ‘correction’ of zone for 27,384 sqr mtr land in Regional Plan 2021 in villages across Goa including Assagao, Chimbel, Corlim, Revora and Lotoulim as per provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act.
▪️ Plot of land admeasuring an area of 1000 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 147, sub-division No. 9, of Village Assagao which is earmarked as Natural Cover with part area under Irrigation Command Area as per RPG-2021 has been corrected as Settlement Zone.
▪️ Plot of land admeasuring an area of 15,533 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 34, sub-division No. 1 (Part), of Village Chimbel which is earmarked as Orchard as per RPG-2021 is corrected as Settlement Zone.
▪️ Plot of land admeasuring an area of 4000 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 32, sub-division No. 1 & Survey No. 31, sub-division No. 4 of Village Revora which is earmarked as Orchard with No Development Slope as per RPG-2021 is hereby corrected as Settlement Zone with No Development Slope.
▪️ Plot of land admeasuring an area of 2693 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 334, sub-division No. 2-A, of Village Loutolim which is earmarked as Orchard as per RPG-2021 is corrected as General Industry.
▪️ Plot of land admeasuring an area of 4158 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 60, sub-division No. 5, of Village Corlim which is earmarked as General Industry as per RPG-2021 is corrected as Settlement zone.
