Zuari Observatory towers likely to be completed in 2.5 years: CM

Digital Goa, May 22 – Zuari Observatory Towers, to be constructed atop the new Zuari Bridge, are expected to be completed within two to two-and-a-half years, said CM Pramod Sawant. The project, estimated at Rs 270 crore, will be executed on the DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer) model by Dilip Buildcon’s subsidiary, Zuari Observatory Towers Ltd. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, is scheduled to perform the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the iconic Observatory Towers tomorrow at 6 pm at Chicalim Hall.
