Digital Goa, Feb 11 – Goa govt has constituted a 15 member Planning, Development and Construction Committee chaired by Chief Secretary for granting Single Window Clearance to Pune based M/s. BramhaCorp Theme Park LLP to establish a theme park and garden in Goa in Pernem. The Committee can exercise all the powers, such as, control or erection of building, etc. and all other powers conferred on it by the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation of Single Window Clearance Act, 2021. The committee has officials of various departments including TCP, Health, Industries, PWD, Electricity, pollution control board, GCZMA, Collectors of both the districts etc as members. Pune BramhaCorp intends to set up the mini-India theme park on 97,224sqm of private land next to Manohar International Airport, Mopa.
