Jan 21- A massive fire broke out at a car service center at Verna Industrial Estate, engulfing over 33 vehicles and causing significant damage. The incident prompted a large-scale firefighting operation involving four fire tenders from Verna, Vasco, Margao, and Ponda. Fire & Emergency Services(FES) personnel informed that the situation is under control. Initial reports indicate that cars belonging to two different companies were destroyed in the blaze.The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. No casualties have been reported so far.
