Jan 22- Goa govt has effected the transfer of several senior officers of Goa Civil Service. Gurudas Dessai has been appointed as Director of Civil Aviation with additional charge of Managing Director, Goa Human Resource Development Corporation, Amir Parab has been appointed State Registrar-cum-Head of Notary Services in addition to his present charge as Under Secretary Law (Estt), Sachin Dessai has been appointed as Director, Environment with additional charge of Member Secretary, Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority, Johnson Fernandes has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Khadi and Village Industries Board.
Amarsen Rane who has recently been elevated to the IAS cadre has been appointed as Director of Vigilance.
Nehal Talaunekar, Assistant Commissioner of State Taxes has been given additional charge as Chief Officer of Bicholim Municipal Council in addition to his own duties.
