Feb 4 – A 45-year-old German national was arrested with Rs 23.95 lakh worth narcotic drugs during a raid at Vagator. ANC arrested German national Sebastian Hesler with 10 gram ketamine powder, 400 gram ketamine liquid, several LSD blot papers, 2 kg ganja, together worth Rs 23.95 lakh. ANC informed that they got the lead about the German national drug peddler from a West Bengal native, one Sengupta who was held last week with 16 gram MDMA and 50 plus grams of cocaine worth around Rs 10 lakh.
