While launching the policy Sawant assured sugarcane farmers that all the sugarcane produced by them will be purchased by the govt at the premises of Sanjivani Sugar Factory at notified rates.

▪️ Sewerage release into agricultural land and water bodies to be penalised
▪️ Museum of Goa’s Agricultural Heritage
▪️ Goa State Coconut, Cashew, and Mango Development Boards to be formed
▪️ Strategies will be developed to minimize the human wildlife conflict
▪️ Partnerships with research institutions to bring latest agricultural innovations and practices to Goa.
