Feb 15- An FIR has been registered against Arif Mulla and Rigved Naik under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act for allegedly organising a bullfight at Naikwada in Mandrem. According to reports, 10 bulls were allegedly involved in the event, with bets worth lakhs placed on them. Authorities took action following reports of the illegal activity, which violates animal welfare laws. Further investigation is underway.
