Digital Goa, Feb 28 – New Mandovi bridge will be closed for all types vehicular traffic from March 2 to 10, 2025 for maintenance work. The traffic will be diverted via old Mandovi bridge which has been opened today and also the Atal Setu. Diversion of traffic having Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) up to 12 tons will be via Old Mandovi bridge and vehicles having GVW more than 12 tons via Atal Setu bridge. This is being done to facilitate hindrance free and speedy completion of the said sub- work, states an order issued in this regard.
