Digital Goa, Feb 28- Goa govt has reconstituted the 9 member committee formed for periodically overseeing the implementation of the roadmap for Rehabilitation of Persons who have been treated of Mental Illness. In its directives issued in Jan this year, the Goa Human Rights Commission had highlighted the issue of rehabilitation post treatment at IPHB.
