Digital Goa, Mar 4- Goa government has approved a revised pay structure for employees engaged through the Goa Recruitment and Employment Society (GRES). As per a government circular, the annual increment for these employees has been capped at 3%. The revised wage schedule, proposed on October 22, 2024, will now be implemented, stated the circular issued by Secretary Finance. The move aims to streamline salary revisions while ensuring a structured increment policy.
