Digital Goa, Mar 11- Internet Service Providers(ISP) aggrieved by cutting of cables by the state Electricity Department have filed a fresh petition in the high court challenging the authority of EE to issue them demand notices for rentals due. The petition will be heard next week. The petition filed by ISPs earlier also came for hearing today. The operators told the court that they are ready to pay 10 % of the due amount provided the govt refrains from imposing penalty on them.
